What will happen in my session with Mark?

Because everyone is different and meditation can help people make changes as quickly as they need, there are no two sessions the same and a session may include:

  • Breath meditation
  • Deep Relaxation
  • Playing with different 'noticing' and 'relaxing' techniques
  • Guided meditations and positive visualizations
  • Various mantra* meditations (*special sounds made internally)
  • Mandala meditation
  • Practical guidance on how to refine your meditation such as posture, diet, duration, timing etc.
  • Discussion and feedback about the benefits realized

In your sessions with Mark you will receive practical advice and meditation guidance in addition to experiencing practical meditation exercises including many of those listed above. The things you learn in the sessions are yours to take home, use and enjoy as much as you want. The focus really is on empowering you. A session is typically one hour long and is based on 'less talking and more hands-on practical experience'. After just one session you will have new skills and meditative techniques to explore and enjoy.

Session Details:

The cost of the first session is only £30.00 and may include an audio recording of the session on CD. Additional sessions are only £24.00 (including CD). Payment by cash or cheque is made at the start of each session. Please also be aware that the session price will be charged for all non-attendances with less than 48 hours notice. Cancellation of a session must be made at least 48 hours before the session by telephone.

These one on one sessions are a great way of getting started. What most people do is once they are happy and comfortable in their meditation, which doesn't take long, then they come along to the weekly meditation group. It's worth stressing that while I offer courses, classes and sessions in meditation, ultimately meditation is a way of life and the pure energy meditation is not a course. My goal is simply to be as flexible and helpful as possible to help people who are genuinely interested in meditation, while still respecting my own time.
